We understand your concerns about ordering online.  We go the extra mile to ensure you are always aware of the status of your order(s) and receive your goods within the shortest time possible.  Our payment methods are as secure as it gets!  Our security certificate is your guarantee of safe payments online.

How Can I Pay?

We are happy to accept all major credit cards, via our secure checkout.  We can also accept PayPal payments.

How Long for Delivery?

We aim to process and despatch all orders in between 24 and 48 working hours of receiving your order.  For example, if you order on a Monday morning, your order will be shipped Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, at the latest*.  The time of delivery will then be determined by your shipping preferences, Super-Fast Delivery or Standard Delivery.

* Temporarily Out of Stock Items.  Generally, if a product is out of stock, it will be mentioned on the website, as you order.  If there are any unforeseen problems delivering your order, we will contact you immediately asking if you would prefer a refund, or to wait until our stock reappears.

What About Returns?

We are happy to offer a full refund on any UNOPENED products, if returned to us with 7 days.  We can not accept opened products for refund.

Reasons for returning may included broken/damaged containers and seals or legitimate errors in ordering.

Can I See my Past Orders?

Yes you can!  Once you order any product, a personal account will be created for you.  You can login to your account and see the status of any of your orders, past or current.

Do you Have Promotional Codes?

We certainly do!  From time to time, we run promotional offers, including those with promo codes.  You will find many promo codes on our Facebook Page and in internet adverts and may include Free Shipping deals, BOGOF, and other promotions.
