Zinc Citrate
Zinc is an essential mineral involved in regulating many enzymes. It is an antioxidant and immune-boosting supplement. Zinc is most commonly supplemented to reduce the frequency of illness and to support optimal levels of testosterone.  One of the 24 micronutrients needed for survival, it is found in meat, egg, and legume products. Oysters are particularly good sources of zinc.

5 HTP Hydroxytryptophan
5 HTP is a dietary supplement, use as an antidepressant, appetite suppressant, and sleep aid. 5-HTP works in the brain and central nervous system by increasing the production of the chemical serotonin. Serotonin can affect sleep, appetite, temperature, sexual behavior, and pain sensation.

Vitamin D3
As we don’t get alot of sunshine here in the UK, we sometimes can be lacking in essential Vitamin D3.  It is a major contributor to the normal function of the immune system, keeping you fighting fit to return to the gym, plus a contributor to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, making this an ideal everyday supplement.

Hemp Seed Oil
Nothing to do with the ‘high’ of cannabis, but hemp seed oil is a food so full of nutrients you could almost live on it!  Hemp oil has many advocates. The oil from hemp seeds is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids, making it an alternative to fish and fish oil for vegetarians and vegans as those are typical sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

Vitamin C+
Perhaps most noted as a preventative supplement for colds and flu, Vitamin C is used by some people for gum disease, acne and other skin infections, bronchitis, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) disease, stomach ulcers and a whole host of other complaints.

Vitamin B12
As you age, your body’s ability to absorb vitamin B12 from food slows down.  It is estimated that around 5% of women are B12 deficient, and many more are borderline.  A deficiency in Vitamin B12 can show itself in anything from intense fatigue to wonky vision.

Turmeric Capsules
Not for cooking in this case, the aromatic root of the turmeric plant has been used for centuries as a treatment for digestive disorders, inflammation, arthritis and infection.  Early studies also suggest that turmeric can promote the health of your joints, blood vessels and digestive tract.

Milk Thistle Tablets
Silymarin is one of the the primary ingredients of Milk Thistle.  The benefits of silymarin have long been recognised in people with liver disorders and it is often considered the “gold standard” drug to treat liver problems, however, its benefits have also been extended through research in its use for the heart, nervous system and kidneys.

Magnesium Tablets 500mg
A magnesium deficiency is one of the leading nutrient deficiencies in adults with an estimated 80 percent being deficient in this vital mineral.  80%!!  That’s a lot.  a deficiency in this mineral can cause noticeable negative symptoms, including muscle aches or spasms, poor digestion, anxiety, and trouble sleeping.
