ORDER RECEIVED AND SHIPPING CUTOFF
Depending upon product availability, all orders received will be processed and dispatched on the same business day up until 14:00.
All items are sent out using the most appropriate delivery method based upon size, weight and value.
Should the service used require a signature then this is deemed to have been achieved and delivery accepted if anyone at the desired delivery address signs for the delivery.
Delivery dates advised at the time of checkout are as advised to us by the delivery service provider, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays whilst the shipment is in transit.
Any item shipped using Royal Mail First Class the estimated delivery time, will be 1-3 Business Days.
Where the item is shipped using Royal Mail Second Class the estimated delivery time: will be 3-5 Business Days. Again we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays once item is shipped.
If your item has not been delivered after 10 business days, please notify us immediately so we can initiate tracing of the item and make a claim against the delivery service used and have any issues resolved.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or recorded as refused at the advised delivery address whilst using the selected delivery method, the following charges are required to be paid for it to be re-sent: Courier: £10 Royal Mail First Class Recorded: £7
Royal Mail Second Class : £6
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM
If you have received your item and either the packaging or product is faulty. or has been damaged during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If the parcel has been damaged in transport please sign for it as ‘DAMAGED’. Not doing so may effect a claim.
If you have received your item but you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind then please contact us within 14 days. Please note that there will be a re-stocking charge of £5 or 10% with ever is the highest. This is required to cover the restocking process and initial shipment of the goods.
Make sure that your item is returned using a Sign For service and you obtain proof of postage
